TYLOGENT
When Tylosin Tartrate is combined with Gentamicin Sulfate in a single product, this mixture provides enhanced effectiveness against a broad range of bacteria. Typically, such a product is designed to treat infections caused by multiple bacteria or those that do not respond to treatment with only one antibiotic.
- Tylosin mainly works against respiratory bacteria, such as those causing respiratory diseases in poultry.
- Gentamicin is an antibiotic effective against a wide range of bacteria, especially those affecting vital tissues like skin or intestines.
Combining these two antibiotics may offer benefits such as:
- Expanding the treatment spectrum against various bacteria.
- Reducing the chances of bacterial resistance development due to multiple mechanisms of action.
- Providing comprehensive treatment for mixed infections.
